Better known as the TOOTSIE ROLL DRIVE, the Massachusetts State Council Charity Fund benefits those special persons with physical and intellectual disabilities. the proceeds from the Drive are used to assist needy local families in purchasing or building items such as handicap ramps, van lifts, wheelchairs and other equipment to help make their lives better.
